Centennial American Properties’ Camperdown

Camperdown is a mixed-use real estate development in the heart of downtown Greenville that will feature office, residential, retail and hotel space. It’s prominent location along Main Street and significant size with multiple moving parts to the project drew attention from the media and community. Camperdown’s developers were interested in maintaining a consistent drumbeat of news and media coverage that positively positioned the project. A significant milestone for the real estate development was the start of construction for the hotel. We planned a media event that recognized the build-out of the crane, provided journalists with a first-look at design renderings and shared factual details about the hotel. Attention largely focused on the restaurant and bar offerings, tying into Greenville’s burgeoning culinary scene. Media coverage including print, broadcast and online was generated across the city’s top outlets.
